Tracking International Orders
All our packages are shipped by USPS and the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas and not updating the US system until delivery. For countries that offer postal tracking, 45 days need to pass before I can refund and file a claim.

Great customer service with shipping! Everything was well packed and labeled. The Royal Blue is so vibrant and beautiful! I love that the core cord is a matching color as well! The weaves are good quality, but some of the lace joins are a little more visible / bulky on the cords, so just try to plan to cut in those areas, if possible! Happy overall!
